Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Team Member to join our team at Dome Cafe Group. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

About the Role
  • To provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience in our cafe.
  • To maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet sales targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A warm and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative when required.
  • Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and improve your skills.
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends, including part-time or full-time hours.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
