We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker in Tweed Heads, 2485. This is a permanent part-time position that offers guaranteed hours and shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide domestic assistance to older individuals, ensuring their homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping to support independent living.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, promoting overall wellbeing.
  • Deliver personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to individuals and their families.
  • Transport clients to appointments and provide complex care for those with high needs, such as dementia.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 days per week availability is required, with no night or weekend work expected.
  • Comfort working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems is vital.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
