Identity and Access Management Lead

This is a leadership position within a large nationwide identity and access management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement identity and access management solutions using Okta.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and stakeholders on identity and access management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, and best practices for identity and access management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity and access management solutions with other business systems.
  • Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities related to identity and access management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of identity and access management projects and alignment with business needs.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of identity and access management systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance identity and access management strategies.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing Okta solutions.
  • A solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with integration of identity and access management solutions in complex environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving identity and access management-related technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
  • Relevant certifications in identity and access management or Okta (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
  • Proven track record of providing technical guidance and leading discussions on identity and access management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
  • Experience with integration of identity and access management solutions in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
