We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide peer-to-peer support, facilitate workshops, and create online resources in our research community. As a SOAR Peer Adviser, you will play a vital role in empowering your peers to achieve their research goals.

Job Description:
  • Provide guidance and support to research students in person and online.
  • Facilitate small group workshops on research and professional skills.
  • Create online resources from the workshops in Canvas and other platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using software and digital tools.
