Role Overview
Mercer is seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our Fund Operations team in the Wollongong office.
About the Role
As a Client Relations Officer, you will work closely with the Account Manager to provide timely and professional responses to client queries, escalated matters, and requests for information.
Key Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with clients by utilising strong interpersonal skills.
- Prepare detailed formal reports and informal reports as required.
- Resolve issues and respond to requests from internal stakeholders and clients.
- Act as a facilitation point for internal Mercer escalations requiring client consideration or decisions.
Requirements
- Good analytical skills.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently and self-directed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
