  • Process claims and book appointments using D4W
  • Communicate with patients about services offered and policies
  • Efficiently manage appointment books and patient records
  • Pack and stock equipment and supplies
  • Maintain high-quality infection control and comply with sterilization protocols
  • Ensure the clinic remains neat and tidy
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a dental assistant in Australia
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
