Board Membership Opportunity

Carclew is a South Australia-based multi-art form and cultural non-profit organisation dedicated to artistic outcomes by and for young people.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Governance, Risk Management and Oversight
  • Strategic Planning and Decision Making
  • Financial Oversight and Fundraising
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building
  • Committee Participation

The Board meets regularly throughout the year and has a maximum of 10 members. There are three board sub-committees: Finance and Risk; Fundraising and a Nominations Committee (convened when vacancies arise).

We are seeking individuals with high-level strategic thinking and corporate governance skills, as well as legal and risk management expertise, philanthropic/development experience, and strong government relations and not-for-profit sector experience.
