Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pipe Fitter to join our Production Team in Osborne, SA. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in building the most complex Anti-Submarine Warfare Frigate.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate 3 trade qualification and experience with pipe bending, hand and machine, isometric drawing knowledge, and pipe installation. You will also possess strong safety focus, time keeping abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake tasks and duties as directed by production supervision and trades trainers within bounds of current competence.

- Attend and complete relevant on-the-job training as required.

- Properly maintain materials, tools, and equipment.

- Strive to continuously improve teamwork, processes, and effectiveness in the work area.

- Adhere to policies and management practices.

About You:

- Certificate 3 Trade Qualification

- Experience with Pipe Bending, Hand and Machine

- Isometric Drawing Knowledge

- Experience with Pipe Installation

- Strong Safety Focus

- Time Keeping Abilities

- Excellent Communication Skills

Clearances:

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearances.
