Key Responsibilities:
  • Have in-depth conversations with customers to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
  • Conduct financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide education and guidance on our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Problem-solve and provide effective solutions, championing our risk-adverse culture.
