Job Title: Personal Care Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily living needs, ensuring they maintain their independence and quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care services, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication prompts;
  • Assisting with domestic duties, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation;
  • Supporting clients with social activities, shopping, and transportation;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress;
  • Participating in staff meetings and attending training sessions as required.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent;
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance;
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate;
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain);
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence;
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required);
  • Smartphone with internet access.
