The role of Communications Manager, APAC is instrumental in shaping and amplifying the brand reputation, driving thought leadership, and ensuring consistent messaging across media, PR, internal communications, and digital channels.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a regional communications strategy aligned with business objectives in APAC.
  • Lead media relations efforts on behalf of the organization, securing coverage in top-tier tech, business, and telecom publications.
  • Craft press releases, bylines, and thought leadership content that highlight innovations.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine PR strategies.
  • Serve as an organizational spokesperson when required and provide media training for executives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Corporate Communications & PR: Develop and implement a communications strategy aligned with business objectives in APAC.
  2. Media Relations: Lead media relations efforts on behalf of the organization, securing coverage in top-tier tech, business, and telecom publications.
  3. Content Strategy: Craft press releases, bylines, and thought leadership content that highlight innovations.
  4. Crisis Management: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine PR strategies.
  5. Executive Communications: Serve as an organizational spokesperson when required and provide media training for executives.
About You
  • Possess proven experience in corporate communications, PR, or a related field, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or CPaaS.
  • Demonstrate understanding of APAC media landscapes, cultural nuances, and market dynamics relevant to the organization.
  • Proven expertise in media relations, content strategy, crisis management, and internal communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in an additional APAC languages is an advantage.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global tech company, within CPaaS space is highly advantageous.
