Casual Educator Role

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking experienced and passionate Casual Educators to contribute to our team.

Job Description: As a Casual Educator with Guardian, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple centres in your area, developing a wide range of skills and experience. You will be working closely with fellow Educators and Centre Managers to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • Document and share with families in their children's learning and development.
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be actively working towards or have obtained a relevant Early Childhood qualification.
