We are seeking a skilled Technical Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating and maintaining high-quality technical content for our products.

The Opportunity

As a Technical Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. This includes:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop content plans.
  • Creating engaging and informative content, including user manuals, guides, and online help systems.
  • Ensuring all content meets regulatory and quality standards.
  • Maintaining and updating existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting clear and concise content that communicates complex information effectively.
  • Developing and maintaining style guides and content standards.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on content creation and management.

About You. We are looking for someone with a strong background in technical writing and communications who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to this role. If you have experience working in regulated industries and are comfortable with technical documentation, we would love to hear from you.

  • Required Skills:
    • Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail.
    • Degree or higher qualification in communications, technical, or medical field.
    • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business and lead collaborations.
  • Familiarity with common publishing software, such as Adobe InDesign.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Experience in multi-national medical device companies or highly regulated environments.
    • Experience writing for content repurposing.
    • Experience in systematic usability testing of technical documentation.
