Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten team at Milestones Early Learning Greenway. As a key member of our centre, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that foster a lifelong love of learning in our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement child-centered programs that promote holistic learning and development.
- Motivate and lead a team of educators to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate with families and the community to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Support the centre in meeting and exceeding National Quality Standards.
About You
- Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable).
- Current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
- A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
