Are you a retail sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CASUAL Retail Professional in our NEW store opening in Mandurah, Perth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets and working collaboratively with the team to drive business results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in retail sales or customer service, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
  • Execute the brand customer service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
  • The execution and maintenance of established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way

Requirements:

To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

To be considered for the roles, you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends. Please include your availability in the application.
