We are investing heavily in new infrastructure, supporting our airline partners to grow, offering more services to new destinations and an improved customer experience. This includes expanding T1 International and building new domestic terminal facilities, a parallel runway, two multi-storey carparks and our first airport hotel. Our goal is to deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia, hosting all flight services in a central location and giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.
The Perth Airport estate spans over 2100 hectares, featuring a $1.5 billion portfolio of existing industrial premises and significant vacant land holdings. We service a diverse community, playing an important role in strengthening cultural, family and social bonds while supporting business, tourism and leisure travel.
About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Coordinator – 12-month FTC. As part of our team, you will oversee the planning and execution of capital works projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, time and budget requirements.
You'll be responsible for managing project risks, producing essential project documentation, and facilitating stakeholder input. Building strong relationships with project owners, designers, contractors and stakeholders is key. You'll handle procurement activities, including writing scopes of work, drafting contracts and managing claims and invoicing. Leading project meetings and submitting regular reports are also part of your responsibilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of project planning and execution, ensuring delivery meets scope, quality, time and budget requirements;
