We are seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to help people return to meaningful employment and make the most out of life.
Main Responsibilities- Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
- Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- A current Working with Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
