Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our data and technology group, you will provide our clients with valuable data insights to support business decisions.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement data analysis techniques to extract meaningful information from various sources. You will work closely with other teams to gather necessary data and collaborate with executives to deliver tailored data insights packages.

A successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience working with Microsoft software packages (particularly PowerPoint and Excel). Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is highly regarded.

You will also have the opportunity to develop easy-to-understand data visualizations, charts, and graphs to communicate complex data insights effectively.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data analytics into client presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 2-4 years experience in consulting, research, data analytics, or insights roles, including client exposure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software packages (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
