About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of projects with a broad range of clients across the health industry. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for directing a specialist team of consultants through your experience, drawing on years of consulting or major program delivery.
You will have significant leadership responsibilities for the effective running of the business and provide oversight and direction to the growing team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing high-quality client project proposals from investigation through pursuit and into successful delivery.
- Leading the delivery of client projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and instructing the team on relevant methodologies and solutions.
- Maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders and contributing to thought leadership.

We're looking for a candidate with:
- Tertiary qualifications and demonstrated consulting experience or relevant experience working on strategic projects within health.
- The ability to translate complex issues into simple steps and proposed solutions.
- A specialised understanding of Australia's health landscape.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Knowledge and understanding of health industry trends and technology.
- Proven experience in the application of technology solutions to business problems in large, complex organisations.
