Our supermarket operations encompass a vast network of over 800 locations across Australia, necessitating the coordination of diverse teams. Whether you're working in-store or delivering to customers' doors, this role can be both challenging and rewarding.

We are seeking a Store Team Member responsible for ensuring our customers enjoy a safe, seamless, and positive shopping experience, while maintaining a welcoming environment within our stores.

This key position involves working through a comprehensive checklist of cleaning tasks across all departments and store areas, utilizing various equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the shop, as well as team rooms, toilets, and offices.

Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting trolleys from within and around the store and carpark, working both indoors and outdoors, and operating autonomously.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace. You will also need to possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy, be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and exhibit a strong work ethic.

Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week, is essential, as is the ability to commute to work outside public transport hours. Comprehensive training will be provided in the use of chemicals, machinery, and safety equipment.
