Job Description

As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will collaborate with our design team to develop innovative design solutions as well as coordinate the project through the construction documentation phase.

  • Manage multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with consultants.
  • Explore and identify opportunities to win new business from existing clients as well as new client acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and the PA Leader to drive the business development strategy, strengthening the Critical Facilities practice area and ensuring a robust pipeline of projects
  • Manage communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture
  • 10+ years of related project experience, Data Centre projects preferred but other Critical Facilities may be considered.
  • Ability and willingness to win new business through business development activities
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD
