Building Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Services Manager to join our team at Atlas Recruitment. As a key member of our project leadership team, you will be responsible for managing site operations and overseeing all service packages, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fire, civil, and storm water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Part of the project leadership team, responsible for junior staff & management of site operations.
- Oversight & management of all service packages including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fire, civil and storm water.
- Prepare and check all drawings for in-ground services.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and regulations of government, local council or other authority having jurisdiction.
- Assist in the procurement, supervision and administration of service trade packages.
- Liaise with the Project Management team & Estimating Department on services requirements as required during the procurement design stage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a services management role.
- Trade or tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering.
- High level ability to read and interpret plans and drawings including the ability to foresee problems and to generate alternative solutions.
- Organized, efficient and hard working.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
