- Achieve set KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven Experience: Thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in a contact centre or similar setting.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with members and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service Focus: Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality service and support, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with superannuation or financial services industry, including relevant legislation and processes, is highly regarded.
