Are you a skilled professional seeking a challenging role in mental health services? We have an exciting opportunity for experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers, and Counsellors to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultants.

About the Role

In this position, you will provide high-quality EAP counselling services, assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces, and offer solution-focused interventions and support.

We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can work effectively with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on mental health matters, and contributing to the development of effective solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide EAP counselling services to clients
  • Assess work stressors and risk factors in workplaces
  • Offer solution-focused interventions and support
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the relevant professional body
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health
  • Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions
  • Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills
