About the Role

This four-year apprenticeship in Horticulture offers hands-on training under expert mentors, equipping you with valuable skills and a nationally recognised trade qualification.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Horticulture Professional. As part of this role, you will gain practical experience working alongside seasoned professionals in maintaining and beautifying parks, gardens, and public spaces.

You will be responsible for plant care and maintenance, including plant nutrition programs, pest and disease management, irrigation systems installation and maintenance, specialist transplanting, pruning and mowing operations, and safety protocols and equipment operation.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You will also receive a $150 safety boot voucher after 3 months, annual pay reviews, and ongoing safety training programs and resources available.

  • Valid Drivers' licence
  • Valid Working With Vulnerable People Check (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Valid White Card (or be willing to obtain one)
