As a senior consultant, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver value-driven solutions using design thinking and agile practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently with a self-driven attitude, owning problems and delivering solutions.
  • Understand complex business and technical problems, learn quickly, and communicate effective solutions.
  • Research alternative solutions and propose them within given constraints.
  • Apply different languages and technologies to projects while coding alongside other developers.
  • Implement continuous delivery practices to accelerate new functionality delivery.
  • Apply test-driven development practices to ensure high software quality.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers, host tech meetups, and share expertise with others.
  • Advise clients on technical decisions and advocate for best practices.
  • Promote our values and practices to build software correctly.
  • Participate in interviewing and recruitment based on business needs.
  • Generate thought leadership content for marketing support.
Required Skills:
  • Expertise in one or more coding languages (Java, Python, etc.) and comfort learning new languages/technologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Applying test-driven development practices (TDD).
  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
  • Comfortable with agile methodologies.
  • Flexibility to wear multiple hats during project lifecycles.
