Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale SAP systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Additionally, they should possess expertise in Cloud Operations, ITIL Processes, and Technical Consultation. The selected candidate will work closely with the technical team to implement architecture decisions, process mining exercises, and continuous improvements that enhance the stability and performance of the team.

Requirements
  • Hands-on Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing SAP systems, preferably in a Cloud Operations environment.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Event Management/Monitoring, Change Request Management, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects solutions, Cloud Connector, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, OpenText, etc.
  • Team Player: Ability to establish close relationships with Domain Leads, Application Area teams, and Service Area Operation teams to influence supportability/operability of products and contribute to initiatives to reduce application-related outages.
