Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Corporate Lawyer in a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in corporate law, including experience with private or public M&A transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
