Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and kind support worker to assist our aged care clients with their daily activities and home assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills in Italian and experience working with aged care clients.

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable members of our community.

The successful candidate will possess a Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent, as well as First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate and Driver Licence. Australian Work Authorisation is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily activities and home assistance
  • Provide domestic help, community access and personal care
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian
  • Experience working with aged care clients
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent (highly desirable)
  • First Aid Certification (preferred)
  • Working with Children Check (preferred)
  • National Police Certificate (preferred)
  • Driver Licence (preferred)
  • Australian Work Authorisation (preferred but not essential)

Shift work will be required, and the ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible.
