Regulatory & Medical Field of Work

We are seeking a driven individual to support high-value engagement and collaboration with specialist dermatologists and other healthcare stakeholders. Sharing data-driven insights to positively impact patients living with skin conditions, you will strategically engage with HCPs to uncover unmet patient needs and inform treatment decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and engage regarding evidence-based disease state and treatment-related medical information.
  • Facilitate research and educational initiatives and support requests for medical and scientific information on our products.
  • Educate key stakeholders on disease state, population health, and patient care challenges.
  • Attend relevant scientific meetings and identify key data to be shared with internal colleagues.
  • Support unsolicited research requests and identify potential clinical investigators for LEO Pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions to advance patient care through scientific exchange, clinical research, and publications.
  • Presents and/or moderates advisory boards.
  • Createmedical slides for review and approval.
  • Develops and leads product and disease state training sessions.
  • Reviews and approves advertising, promotional, educational, and training material.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to develop key messages and promotional claims.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Ph.D., MD, DO, PharmD, or other advanced scientific degree is strongly preferred.
  • Previous Medical Affairs experience is preferred.
  • A background in dermatology or immunology is a plus.
  • 3-5+ years of prior experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or related experience with a medical/scientific focus.
  • A thorough understanding of Dermatology or Immunology and clinical research, clinical practice experience is preferred.
  • The ability to develop and execute strategic territory plans.
  • Ability and willingness to travel ~40% of the time.
  • Understanding of current pharmaceutical climate and applicable laws and regulations.
