Senior Associate in Commercial Property and Transactions

We are seeking an exceptional lawyer with a strong track record of experience in commercial property transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and drafting skills, with a plain English approach to advice writing.

This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, working closely with our high-performing team on complex transactions involving acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and licensing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the property aspects of major transactions across various sectors.
  • Review and negotiate sale contracts, leasing documents, and other agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to develop innovative solutions.
About You
  • You have a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • You are proactive, positive, and energetic, committed to delivering excellent service.
