Asphalt Estimator

We're seeking a meticulous Estimator to join our Bitu-Mill Division in Campbellfield, Victoria. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our success by enhancing client relationships, providing accurate project cost assessments, and detailed estimates. Your responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates for asphalt profiling and pavement construction projects, analyzing project plans to ensure accurate pricing, working closely with project teams to develop competitive bids, sourcing quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and monitoring market trends to keep bids competitive and accurate. To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience with 2 years of estimating experience within the road construction, asphalt, or profiling industry. You will also need to be a highly effective communicator in both verbal and written forms, have comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes, and hold a valid Driver's License to facilitate your fieldwork.
