At our boutique financial planning practice, based in Melbourne's heart of Malvern Central precinct, you will be part of a supportive and people-focused culture that treats clients like family.

We specialise in providing long-term relationships and highly personalised advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, SME business owners and SMSF trustees on a fee-for-service basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs)
  • Lodging applications for superannuation, pensions, SMSFs, and investments
  • Maintaining and updating client records and correspondence
  • Assisting with insurance queries and administration
  • Managing client appointments and coordinating adviser meetings
  • Preparing client files and supporting annual reviews
  • Responding to client enquiries regarding portfolios
  • Handling incoming calls and client-facing duties

To be successful in this role, you will require 3–5 years' experience in client services or associate roles within financial planning. You will also need strong knowledge of Super, Pension, SMSF, and investment application processes. Proficiency in Xplan and Microsoft Office is essential. A proactive, client-first mindset with a collaborative approach is also crucial.
