Process Worker (Rotating Shift) - Dandenong
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Process Worker on a rotating shift schedule. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery to produce high-quality cardboard packaging
* Feed product into converting machines and arrange product at machine discharge points
* Stack products onto pallets for further processing, ensuring all board stacked are neat and stable
* Assist in machine setup, dismantling, and job change tasks for a production run
* Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure best quality delivery to customers
* Maintain safe work and operating practices, and a high level of housekeeping at all times
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience operating machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You must be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
