About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team, providing comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and reports for clients of all ages. As a senior therapist, you will leverage your skills and experience to provide supervision and support to other Speech Pathologists, promoting optimal outcomes for clients.

You will have the opportunity to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:

  • Complex Communication
  • Dysphagia
  • Paediatrics

Our internal Learning and Development Programs are designed to support your career growth and development, with formal education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into leadership roles.

About You

We welcome applications from experienced Speech Pathologists with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering high-quality care. To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • 3+ years' experience working as a Speech Pathologist in the private or public sector
  • Experience providing clinical supervision and support
  • SPA Registration
  • NDISWC/WWCC (or willingness to apply)
  • Current Australian driver's licence and ability to travel with your own vehicle
