Job Description

As a seasoned Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee and optimize supply chain operations in Australia and New Zealand to align with global standards. Your key responsibilities will include leading the Customer Service and Logistics teamsto ensure efficient stock movements and consistently high service levels, managing warehouse and inventory operations, coordinating with Commercial, Industrial, and Technical teams, coaching and developing team members, designing and improving operational processes, and overseeing logistics vendors.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, including logistics, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
