Description of Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Educational Development Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and has a genuine interest in working collaboratively to ensure effective team goals are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for co-facilitating and developing the Educator Foundation Program (EFP), providing support to educators to co-develop and co-facilitate courses, and supporting with planning, curation, and preparation of courses.

In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and refinement of the WARCA Integrity Framework and relevant policies, and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure a high standard of course content and alignment with the College's Integrity Framework.
