**About Cornerstone Medical Recruitment**
We are seeking experienced and dedicated agency nurses to join our team in the Northern Rivers region.
**Job Summary:**
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in medical and surgical units, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, surgical procedures, and recovery plans.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and safety standards.
**Requirements:**
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
