Customer Service Representative

Mad Mex seeks a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our food preparation and service team, you will be responsible for cooking Mad Mex products to the highest standard, maintaining strict recipe adherence, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Mad Mex products to order, using a variety of equipment including grills, fryers, and rice cookers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Mad Mex's high standards for food safety and hygiene.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet business needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Mad Mex policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Basic level of cooking experience and adequate knife skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
