As a Sustainability Reporting Professional, you will work closely with the Head of Sustainability to prepare and present reports to stakeholders, ELT, and Board. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining sustainability reporting frameworks and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support ESG investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop and maintain sustainability reporting frameworks and dashboards.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sustainability to prepare and present reports to stakeholders, ELT, and Board.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support ESG investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability data and reporting requirements into business practices.
  • Contribute to the development of sustainability policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise sustainability-related business requirements.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives that align with business objectives and Maxxia Pty Ltd's sustainability strategy.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in sustainability programs such as Reconciliation Action Plan and Accessibility and Inclusion Plan working groups.

Qualifications:

  • You're a strategic thinker, passionate about sustainability.
  • You love working with data and are excited to look at innovative ways of collecting data to deliver on reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with a variety of sustainability reporting standards, including the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards and the Global Reporting Initiative.
