Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee all operational aspects, including team leadership, supply chain coordination, inventory management, and process optimization. Your primary objective will be to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and promoting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a High-Performing Team: Cultivate collaboration, encourage a culture of ongoing improvement, and support your team to achieve outstanding results.Improve Operational Efficiency: Supervise daily operations, manage resources effectively, and track KPIs to reach operational excellence and sales objectives.Drive Product Success: Oversee product selection, procurement, pricing strategies, and performance evaluation to maximize market effectiveness.Optimize Product Flow: Ensure timely delivery, enhance inventory management, and improve customer engagement.Generate Strategic Insights: Create detailed reports, analyze data, and monitor KPIs to inform strategic planning.Identify Growth Opportunities: Build relationships and streamline operations to facilitate sustained business growth.Support Sales & Marketing Efforts: Collaborate on innovative marketing strategies and enhance product knowledge dissemination.Advanced Reporting & Analysis: Develop comprehensive performance reports, utilize data for strategic decision-making, and continuously monitor key performance indicators.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, agricultural studies, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.A minimum of 5 years of operational management experience, ideally within the agricultural sector.Understanding of supply chain management and inventory control.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in market analysis, Google Workspace, and ERP systems.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Rewards:
