Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced digital marketer to join our marketing team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt global marketing campaigns to resonate with audiences in Australia and New Zealand
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with local agencies to bring campaigns to life
  • Develop digital conversion campaigns that drive traffic and increase bookings
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide competitive insights and market intelligence to help shape future campaigns
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or Advertising
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on digital
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and digital platforms like Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop & InDesign)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with external agencies and internal teams
  • Ability to write online and eDM copy
  • Detail-oriented brand guardian who appreciates good creative work and knows how to maintain consistency
