IT Governance Specialist
About the Role:This position will oversee IT governance, ensuring that our technology infrastructure aligns with regulatory requirements. You will lead teams and stakeholders to manage risks and drive projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans for IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes and procedures that meet regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to inform strategic decisions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT risk management or a related field. Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CPS 234 and CPS 230. Experience with project management methodologies like PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity governance principles, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM are highly valued.
