We are seeking a motivated and passionate trainee to join our team.

The traineeship involves on-the-job training and completing a Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, suitable for recent school leavers or those looking for their first step/entry-level role in early childhood.

You will gain industry-recognised minimum qualifications to begin your career in early childhood education.

Our centre is a friendly family-owned and operated Child Care Centre, providing a wonderful learning environment for up to 60 children per day, ranging in ages from 0-6 years.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Working Monday to Friday with a variety of shifts
  • Ensuring supervision and safety of children during indoor and outdoor activities
  • Taking part in programming following the Early Years Learning framework
  • Setting up educational activities and experiences

**Key Requirements:**

  • Not currently undertaking any other traineeship
  • Willingness to learn, complete training and studies
  • Passionate to work with children
  • Flexible and able to demonstrate teamwork
