• Develop and train machine learning models to predict customer behavior and optimize business outcomes

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, or engineering
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
