About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers. You will communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless order changes and address any performance issues that may arise.

In this role, you will represent the company at various functions and participate in audit and quality control processes. You will also provide expert advice to client airlines on customer service and work towards improving customer service quality results through feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A positive winning attitude
  • Knowledge or experience in Client or Account Management
  • Familiarity with food safety and HACCP regulations is an advantage
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solutions-focused and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations
