The Terminal and Customer Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless terminal operations. This position interfaces with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily terminal administration, commercial activities, and ground transportation logistics
  • Collaborate with the Terminals team to provide high-quality service to airport customers
  • Engage closely with airlines, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies to address operational and security matters
  • Contribute to contingency planning, risk management, and compliance with legislation and internal policies
About the Role

This dynamic position requires regular communication with internal and external partners. You will play an active role in customer engagement initiatives, contribute insights to redevelopment projects, and manage service contracts to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements
  • Strong customer service experience from a transactional or high-interaction environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A basic understanding of accounting principles and experience maintaining administrative systems and accurate data records
