Agriculture Sales Specialist

As a Precision Agriculture Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of John Deere and third-party precision technology solutions to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving Sales: Promote and sell precision technology solutions to customers.
- Customer Training & Support: Oversee product setup, optimization, and training to ensure customers get the most out of their technology.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and territory managers to integrate technology into every customer conversation.
- Lead Demonstrations: Be the subject matter expert in delivering compelling product demonstrations.
- Accountability: Take ownership of key performance indicators in your designated territory.

- Proven success in sales, with the ability to inspire and lead others.
- A strong understanding of the agricultural industry.
- A track record of cultivating and maintaining long-term, profitable customer relationships.
- A keen awareness of financials, including asset and inventory management, pricing strategies, and budgeting.
