Job Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled Software Developer to play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing complex software systems or applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the product refinement process, including creating tickets and analyzing development work.
  • Follow architectural decisions made by the team and understand the reasoning behind them.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept implementations and prototypes to gather feedback and make informed decisions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex tickets, identifying dependencies across teams and epics.
  • Contribute to the CI/CD process, including automated testing and enhancing testing coverage.
  • Understand adoption and release barriers to entry for products and technologies.
  • Support PM and team in developing strategic launch and release plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Promote cross-team collaboration to take end-to-end solutions to market and support Go-live activities.
  • Analyze adoption of products and understand how to improve the customer journey by applying solutions to address new enhancement requests.
  • Play an active role in addressing system hygiene and mitigating future hygiene issues by producing high-quality code.
  • Adhere to coding standards and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of software design principles and development tools, technologies (languages, frameworks, etc.) and domains used.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Experience with web application development.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing.
  • Ability to collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Desired:
  • Experience with client-side JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Knockout, etc.
  • Agile software development experience.
