The ideal candidate will lead the creative vision across campaigns, ensure ideas are both strategically grounded and creatively bold. They must be hands-on in shaping concepts through design, copywriting, and production.

Key responsibilities include leading the creative vision, mentoring a multidisciplinary team of designers, animators, producers, and creative partners, pitching and presenting ideas with clarity and passion to clients and stakeholders, translating behavioural insights and strategy into powerful creative that drives impact, guiding projects from initial concept through to final production ensuring excellence at every stage, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have 7+ years of experience in a senior creative role within agency or in-house teams, strong skills across concept development, design, copywriting, and production, experience with emerging technologies and AI, exceptional communication and presentation abilities, confidence in pitching and nurturing client relationships, a natural storytelling ability, deep understanding of how creativity can shift behaviour spark engagement and deliver measurable impact, ability to balance big-picture vision with hands-on craft and attention to detail, collaborative spirit curiosity and drive to create meaningful purposeful work.
